Last week, Barbz went Sierra Leone to visit and support Zainab at a cancer event.While there, the two  models and former Big Brother Africa StarGame contestants engaged in some girl-on-girl action and shared the photos on social networking site Twitter, raising controversy as to whether they are dating.
